Making Connections-Denver Staff Roles and Responsibilities

Site Coordinator - Responsible for the "big-picture" work.  Acts as chief liaison with the Annie E. Casey Foundation.  Responsible for Partner recruitment, support for policy reform, fund-raising and sustainability.  

Evaluation Manager - Responsible for the evaluation of Making Connections-Denver. Serves as the Local Learning Partnership (LLP) coordinator and is responsible for the management of the Community Research Team and the Community Learning Network, including the Participant Family Data Collection (PFDC) or 100-family survey and the AECF local Cross Site Survey. 

 esident Engagement Strategy Coordinator - Supports the community organizing, civic engagement, social networks and resident leadership work of MC-D partners, staff and communities. Carri is responsible for supporting Residents Partners involved in the MC-D Partnership and acting a liaison between residents and Making Connections-Denver. 

CHAPSS (Children Heathy and Prepared to Suceed in School) Coordinator - Coordinates all activites and strategies related to school readiness.
 

FES (Family Economic Success) Coordinator - Coordinates all activites and strategies related to promoting economic success and asset-building for MC-D residents.


Project Manager of the Community Learning Network - Responsible for the management of the community data volunteers.  Her primary focus is on building capacity on research and evaluation with residents. Member of the Community Research Team.  


Community Research Team Manager - Responsible for the management of the community research team and leads the Participant Family Data Collection (100 Family Study).   

Community Research Team
The Community Research Team includes residents and community leaders from Making Connections-Denver neighborhoods. The team reviews proposed research and conducts surveys. They are the primary staff conducting interviews for the 100-family survey which is longitudinal survey of 100 families most deeply involved in Making Connections-Denver strategies. Senior Administrative Assistant - Provides administrative and technical support to MC-D Site Coordinator and staff, including grant management.

Receptionist - Answers the phone, greets visitors and assists with administrative tasks.
