Making Connections-Denver partners with a number of other organizations to help improve the lives of residents. MC-D is also part of a national network for Making Connections cities working through the sponsorship of the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
The Piton Foundation is a local partner who maintains a data warehouse of statistics about Denver’s neighborhoods. These numbers help set priorities and measure progress.
